The military should cooperate with the defense industry by participating in research and development programs, as well as by jointly developing programs for the technical modernization of the Polish Armed Forces and promoting military technology and weapons produced in our industry abroad. The generals of the Polish Army should be pro-stateists and think not only about the good of the armed forces, but also about the need to support the development of the state defense industry and the Polish economy.

Close cooperation between the managerial staff of the Polish Army and the Polish defense industry should be a sacred and indisputable principle. ''
